Ways To Donate

Unrestricted Gifts of Cash help us to care for the sisters needs and to continue our many ministries

Donations in Lieu of Flowers may be made to honor a person at the time of their passing. Send donations to Carmelite Community of the Word, 394 Bem Rd. Gallitzin, PA 16641. Please be sure to include the deceased person’s name. A note will be sent to the appropriate person letting them know that you made this gift in honor of their loved one so include this person’s name and address.

Pledge a Monthly Gift to the sisters by:
Writing a check and mail it to us--we can provide envelopes for your use.
Authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account.

Remembering the Sisters in Your Will is a way of saying thank you to God for the many blessings you have received. Our legal name is: Carmelite Community of the Word, Inc.

Other Planned Gifts of Publically Traded Securities, Real Estate, Tangible Personal Property, and the naming the community as a beneficiary of an existing Life Insurance Policy are other ways to support the sisters.
